My Father Ray Simon (born deaf) took this bear in Rockingham county, Virginia, during the 2019 archery season, he has a permit due to an old shoulder injury that allows him to use an airgun and arrows, to my knowledge this is the biggest bear taken so far in Virginia with air power. My father shot the bear at 60 yards using an airbolt tipped with Thorn broadheads out of his .50 cal dragon claw. This hunt was extra special for me because I own Lethal Air and I recently got my dad into airgun hunting and this was his first trophy with an airgun
